Arndt Hettig has worked in the international aluminum business for more than 25 years and has gained extensive management experience in the production environment as a Managing Director, Plant Manager, Profit Center and Production Manager. Supply chain and lean management experiences with a strong implementation orientation are just as much a part of his experience as a multi-year position as head of operational excellence, deputy plant manager and managing director in a consulting company.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Arndt has been able to take advantage of its extensive experience in the fields of corporate management, teamwork, lean management, project management, marketing and negotiation.
